THE FEAR MANAGEMENT INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM
Excessive Fear is an emotion affecting many adults as well as children, and adolescents. The Fear Prone Personality (FPP) affects as many as 18% of all adults at sometime during their life. The Fear Individual Program offers skills for coping with both FPP and fear itself. Techniques are learned to overcome fear and increase ones self-esteem as well as promote mastery of the original insecurity. This unique program also reduces levels of shame, guilt, and isolation. Graduated homework assignments from the Real Solution Fear Management Workbook allow you to apply the newly acquired skills.
